With the MWC 2023 around the corner, Xiaomi has announced its Xiaomi 13 Lite for the global market. The handset will be available in Lite Blue, Lite Pink, and Black color options and will be going for sale globally from the 8th of March, 2023 via the company’s official channels. The Global variant of the Xiaomi 13 Lite is priced at 499 Euros and we haven’t received much information about the Indian launch or pricing details yet.
Specifications of Xiaomi 13 Lite:
The Xiaomi 13 Lite will feature a 6.55-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. It will also provide 20:9 HDR10 + along with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1920Hz High-Frequency PWM dimming. Overall, the display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. This Dual SIM device will be housing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, 4nm SoC coupled with Adreno 644 GPU.
The handset will be having 8GB of RAM along with 128GB and 256GB of onboard storage options. Out of the box, there will be an Android 12 Operating system pre-installed with the company’s own MIUI 14 on top. For the camera section, Xiaomi has provided a 50MP ream camera with a Sony IMX766 sensor. There is a secondary 8MP Ultra-wide angle camera with a Sony IMX355 sensor and also a third 2MP macro camera.
For selfies, Xiaomi has added two cameras on the front, with one 32MP ultra-wide angle sensor with Xiaomi Selfie Glow, Dynamic Framing, and F/2.4 aperture 100-degree FOV. The handset comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor to unlock the device and also has an Infrared sensor. The handset will be powered with a 4500mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging.
Other connectivity options like USB Type-C, dual speakers, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and NFC are also included on this handset. Furthermore, the Xiaomi 13 Lite comes with a glass back giving it a premium feel and look while measuring just 7.23mm thin.
