Vivo has launched two new smartphones globally: the Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro. These devices were unveiled in China in November 2022 and have now made their way to the global market, with plans to launch in several European and Asian markets, including India. Both handsets have high-quality cameras, flagship-level chipsets, and ultra-fast charging capabilities. The X90 has been priced at MYR 3,699 (approximately Rs 70,000), while the X90 Pro is priced at MYR 4,999 (approximately Rs 95,000).

The Vivo X90 has a 6.76-inch FHD+ Q9 Ultra-Vision AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 32MP punch-hole selfie camera. It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset, with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. The device has a triple-camera setup, including a 50MP main sensor with f/1.75 aperture and OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 12MP portrait camera. The X90 is powered by a 4,810mAh battery with 120W Dual Cell FlashCharging support and runs on Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13.

The Vivo X90 Pro, on the other hand, features a curved FHD+ Q9 Ultra-Vision AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. It is powered by the same MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset and has up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. The device is equipped with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP portrait camera, and a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens. The X90 Pro is fueled by a 4,870mAh battery with 120W FlashCharge support and supports wireless charging of up to 50W. It runs on Android 13-based OriginOS 3.

The Vivo X90 and X90 Pro come with a range of camera features developed by Zeiss, including Cine Flare Portrait, Zeiss Miniature Effect, handheld astrophotography mode, and more. The devices include 5G connectivity, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2/5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The X90 measures 164×74.4×8.4mm and weighs 200 grams, while the X90 Pro measures 164×74.5×9.3mm and weighs 214.85 grams. Both handsets have in-display fingerprint sensors for security and an IP64 rating for protection against dust and water.
