OnePlus 11 Teases Concept Design for Upcoming Launch on February 27

-

OnePlus is back in the headlines, as it has teased the OnePlus 11 Concept ahead of its official launch at World Mobile Congress (MWC) 2023 on February 27. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has always been known for its premium-quality devices, and the OnePlus 11 Concept is no exception. It will be a special iteration of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC-powered OnePlus 11 and is expected to showcase some remarkable design innovations.

The OnePlus 11 Concept will focus on the exterior design, as is evident from previous OnePlus concept smartphones, such as the OnePlus 8T Concept of 2020. On the official Community website, the concept smartphone is revealed with blue pipelines on the back, which OnePlus says makes it look like the device has its own series of blood vessels. The blue pipelines could change colour, similar to the LED lights on the back of Nothing Phone (1), which would be an interesting addition to the design.

OnePlus CEO Pete Lau also shared the teaser of the OnePlus 11 Concept on Twitter. One of his tweets suggests that the smartphone may come with a quad curve display. In this case, the screen curves at all four edges, including the top and bottom edges, in addition to the left and right edges. It’s a more advanced version of the waterdrop display (curved display) that is coming on several entry-level mid-budget phones, such as Realme 10 Pro Plus. If this turns out to be true, the OnePlus 11 Concept will undoubtedly be a head-turner.

The camera bump on the OnePlus 11 Concept appears to be quite prominent compared to the one on the regular version. OnePlus may tweak the camera department on this smartphone. For the regular version, OnePlus partnered with Hasslebald to tune the rear camera system. It remains to be seen what changes the company will make to the camera department of the OnePlus 11 Concept.

On its official website, OnePlus says that it will give five lucky community members the chance to see the concept smartphone in person and share their findings with global users. This is a great opportunity for fans of the brand to get an up-close look at the latest OnePlus device.

In terms of specifications, the OnePlus 11 is already available to purchase in India in two variants and colours. It is the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC-powered smartphone in India and globally. The base variant costs Rs 56,999 and the top model with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage carries a price tag of Rs 61,999.

The OnePlus 11 is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and supports 100W fast charging, which is among the fastest charging technologies available in the market today. The phone comes with a 120Hz 6.7-inch display and triple cameras on the back. The rear camera system includes a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 32-megapixel tele camera. These specifications make it a great phone for photography enthusiasts and gamers alike.

In conclusion, the OnePlus 11 Concept is set to be an exciting addition to the OnePlus family, with its unique design and advanced specifications. The blue pipelines on the back of the device are sure to turn heads, and the quad curve display will be a great addition to the overall design. OnePlus has always been known for its commitment to innovation, and the OnePlus 11 Concept is no exception. Fans of the brand will surely be eagerly waiting for the official launch at World Mobile Congress (MWC) 2023 on February 27.
