MG Motors has announced the pricing for the MG Comet in India, catering to the growing demand for electric vehicles (EVs) in the country. Priced at Rs. 7.98 lakhs (ex-showroom & introductory) for the base variant, the MG Comet offers an affordable entry point for EV enthusiasts. The higher variant pricing will be revealed in May, providing buyers with more options to choose from.
The MG Comet EV will be available in five color choices, including Apple Green with a Black Roof, Aurora Silver, Starry Black, Candy White, and Candy White with a Black Roof.

One of the standout features of the MG Comet is its quirky and compact design. With its 2-door body style and 4-seater configuration, the MG Comet is designed to be an ideal vehicle for urban commuting. Its small footprint makes it maneuverable and easy to park in congested city streets, making it a practical choice for daily driving.

It comes with 3-drive modes and 3 KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) modes, allowing drivers to customize their driving experience. This electric vehicle is said to be costing Rs. 519 per 1000 kilometers.
Safety and Personalization Options:
The MG Comet comes with several safety features, including dual front airbags, ABS + EBD, front and rear 3-point seat belts, rear parking camera and sensor, TPMS (Indirect), and ISOFIX child seat mounts, ensuring a safe driving experience for occupants.
MG Motors have also announced two special editions of the Comet – the Gamer edition and the LIT edition, catering to the preferences of different buyers. Additionally, the MG Comet offers over 250 decal options, graphics, and other personalization choices, allowing buyers to customize the vehicle to their liking and make it truly their own.
