The much-anticipated Realme 11 series is set to make its debut in China next month, with the company teasing the arrival of the new lineup but withholding key details such as the exact launch date and device specifications. Multiple phones are expected to be part of the series, including the Realme 11 Pro+, Realme 11 Pro, and Realme 11 5G, as well as a rumoured 4G variant of the standard Realme 11. As we get closer to the release date, Realme has revealed a new camera mode for the Realme 11 series.

Jessie Meng, Realme China’s Marketing Director, recently shared an image of the Moon captured on a Realme 11 device. Although Meng did not specify which device was used to take the photo, it is speculated to be a feature that will make its debut on the top-tier Realme 11 Pro+ 5G.

Rumours suggest that the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G will receive significant camera upgrades, including a new 200-megapixel primary camera sensor. A TENAA listing further revealed a massive circular camera module on the back panel, which houses a triple-camera setup. It remains to be seen if the company will introduce a telephoto camera sensor specifically for Moon shots. Leaked information indicates that the device will also feature an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel sensor.

The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G is expected to be powered by a new MediaTek Dimensity 7000 series SoC and pack a 5,000mAh battery, supporting either 80W or 100W fast charging.

Other anticipated specifications include a 6.7-inch full-HD+ curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2,160Hz PWM Dimming, and a centre-aligned hole-punch cutout. Like its predecessor, the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G, the screen will be curved at the edges. The device is rumoured to feature a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies.
